Centered on values – Staffing firm earns local and national awards for company culture

One might expect a leading provider of recruiting and staffing solutions to know a thing or two about creating a positive work environment. That seems to be the case with Aerotek, which has been recognized for its company culture at local and national levels. The Hanover, Md.,-based firm announced in May that it had been named one of America’s Best Employers by Forbes for its third consecutive year.

The company also received Inavero’s Best of Staffing awards for client and talent satisfaction in February, marking the second consecutive year the company has received the dual designation. The awards recognize staffing agencies based solely on the ratings given to them by their clients and contract employees.

Locally, the firm’s Inland Empire locations were named among The Press-Enterprise’s Top Workplaces for 2016. Through anonymous surveys conducted during the Top Workplaces selection process, employees lauded the firm for providing opportunities for employees to reach their fullest potential, personally and professionally.
